How long does delivery take?
We dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days depending on your location.
Do you accept returns?
Yes! We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our Return Policy for details.
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed by Razorpay — a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never store your card details.
What materials are used?
We use gold-plated brass, oxidised silver, kundan, meenakari, and semi-precious stones. Each product page lists the exact materials used.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can also track it at niraamadornments.com/track-order
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within India only. International shipping is coming soon!
How do I care for my jewellery?
Avoid contact with water, perfume, and chemicals. Store in a dry airtight pouch. See our Jewellery Care guide for complete tips.
