Product Disclaimer
Effective Date / Last Updated: 25 August 2026
At Niraam Adornments, we carefully curate and inspect our jewellery before packing and dispatching orders. We make every reasonable effort to ensure that the products shown and described on our website accurately represent the products you receive.
However, please read the following information carefully before purchasing.
Product Images
Our product photographs are provided to help you understand the appearance and design of each product.
The actual appearance of a product may vary slightly from photographs because of:
- Lighting conditions during photography
- Photography angles
- Camera settings
- Screen brightness
- Display settings
- Device type and screen resolution
Accordingly, slight differences in colour, brightness or visual appearance should be expected.
Product Size and Measurements
Please check the measurements carefully before placing your order.
Jewellery photographs, particularly close-up photographs and photographs showing the product being worn, may make an item appear larger or smaller than its actual size.
The measurements provided on the product page are intended to give you an approximate understanding of the actual size of the product.
We strongly recommend comparing the stated measurements with a familiar object, ruler or measuring tape before purchasing if the size of the jewellery is important to you.
Material and Finish
Product composition, material, plating, finish and other specifications will be stated on the relevant product page wherever applicable.
Minor variations in finish, texture, colour or appearance may occur between individual pieces, particularly where products involve handmade, handcrafted or individually finished elements.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, jewellery should not be assumed to be:
- Waterproof
- Sweatproof
- Tarnish-proof permanently
- Suitable for continuous exposure to water or chemicals
Please follow the care instructions provided with your product.
Jewellery Care
To help maintain the appearance and finish of your jewellery, we generally recommend:
- Keeping jewellery away from water and moisture unless specifically stated otherwise
- Avoiding direct contact with perfume, deodorant, cosmetics and harsh chemicals
- Removing jewellery before bathing, swimming or exercising
- Storing pieces separately in a clean, dry place
- Handling jewellery carefully
- Following any product-specific care instructions provided with the item
Different jewellery materials may require different care.
Handmade and Individual Variations
Where a product is handmade, handcrafted or individually finished, slight differences between pieces may naturally occur.
Such variations may include minor differences in:
- Shape
- Texture
- Colour
- Pattern
- Finish
- Placement of decorative elements
These characteristics may form part of the individual nature of the product and should not automatically be considered defects.
Product Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, measurements and specifications are accurate.
However, occasional typographical, technical or display errors may occur.
If you require clarification about a product's size, material, colour, finish or other characteristic before purchasing, please contact us through our customer-support channel.
Product Availability
Products displayed on our website are subject to availability.
A product may occasionally become unavailable due to inventory changes or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If an order cannot be fulfilled after purchase because the product is unavailable, we will communicate with the customer and provide the applicable resolution in accordance with applicable law and our policies.
Unboxing and Delivery Verification
We strongly recommend recording an uncut and continuous unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is received until the contents have been fully removed and shown.
This is particularly important for identifying:
- Wrong products
- Missing products
- Visible packaging issues
- Damage or tampering
For a claim involving a wrong product, an uncut and continuous unboxing video is mandatory under our Return & Refund Policy.
Wrong Product Claims
We take care while checking and packing every order and make reasonable efforts to ensure that the correct product is dispatched.
In the unlikely event that you receive a wrong product, please raise your claim within 48 hours of delivery and provide the mandatory uncut and continuous unboxing video.
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete eligibility and verification requirements.

Unless expressly stated on the relevant product page, Niraam Adornments does not represent that a product has particular properties such as:

Any aesthetic, emotional or personal descriptions used in product presentation should not be interpreted as medical, therapeutic or guaranteed outcomes.
