Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days after successful order confirmation and payment verification, subject to product availability and other circumstances affecting order processing.

Delivery

We generally ship within India through Shiprocket and its associated courier and logistics partners.

Estimated delivery after dispatch is generally 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and courier service.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed dates.

Delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, courier disruptions, incorrect addresses, remote locations, high-volume periods, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customer Responsibility for Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

Niraam Adornments shall not be responsible for delivery difficulties caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply where a shipment has to be re-dispatched due to a customer-related delivery issue, where permitted by applicable law.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted only in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

For a wrong-product claim:

The claim must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
An uncut and continuous unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must clearly show the package being opened from the beginning.
The claim will be subject to verification and approval.

Refunds, where applicable and approved, will be initiated after completion of the required verification and return process.

The refund process may take up to 10 days, depending on the payment method, payment provider, bank and applicable processing requirements.

Nothing in our Return & Refund Policy is intended to exclude any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

Jewellery Care

Jewellery should be handled and stored according to the care instructions provided with the product or on the relevant product page.
